@Lmarie: My application process was actually super fast, it took about 3 hours to hear back (but don't get discouraged!) Mrs. Penguin who handles the application process has been following this blog for a few months on her own (and commented a few times that I should apply to be a bee) and so when I finally applied she already knew all about our wedding planning and blogging style etc.
