i need a monogram...
Please help my darling readers. I'm trying to come up with a monogram, do you guys like either of the designs below? Sometimes I look at things for too long and then can't even think about them anymore.

I like the first one too...the second one is great, but for some reason, i am leaning towards the first one... do you think you can use the knot on the first one as the border?
Hmmm...given all of your other tastes, these don't seem quite "you" enough just yet. I think you'd be happiest with some combination of the two. I like the knot detail to throw back to "tying the knot" as well as the nautical thing though so I would definitely work that in, but I agree with AmyJean that the first one works better overall. I have NO idea if that helps, but I definitely think you are headed in a fantastic direction. :-)
I love the first one!! I think it is so classic in its design.
I agree with the others though, maybe use the rope as the border???
